First class of graduates
of Chair MMSA (1993 year)

One of the main tasks of educational and scientific complex "Institute for Applied System Analysis" is training of a new generation of analysts, i.e. highly-skilled specialists capable of solving complex interdisciplinary problems.

Starting from academic year the Bachelor Degree programmes in the ESC "IASA" are conducted in the following areas:

– 124 System Analysis (professional orientation program for "System Analysis and Management" and "Systems and Methods of Decision-making", "Bachelor of Applied Mathematics" qualification);

– 122 Computer Science (professional orientation program "Systems of artifical intelligence", "Bachelor of Computer Science" qualification).

– 122 Computer Science (professional orientation program for "Information technologies of design" and "System design", "Bachelor of Computer Science" qualification).

The term of full-time bachelor study is 3 years and 10 months; correspondence learning lasts for 4 years and 5 months.

You can study at ESC "IASA" if you entered NTUU "KPI" and met all admission requirements of this year .

Institute's administration

You have an opportunity to study in well-equipped computer laboratories and classrooms, as they provide all necessary stuff for practical training, including training for CISCO network academy of design and conducting classes in construction and administration of local and global networks. A new class for training specialists who would work with SAP solutions using such equipment, as thin Sun Ray 270 client, 4 USB 1.1 ports, two serial ports, attached to 17” flat monitor, 1280x1024 max resolution, ROHS-6 complaint (Model — NTC-202-00), was opened.

Together with EPAM Systems was founded specially classroom for training courses in JAVA programming and software testing.

The Institute maintains direct contacts with many foreign universities. As a prominent research center in areas of systems analysis and information technology, it cooperates with foreign companies (Intel, Samsung, Cisco and others), participates in international organizations projects: EDNES, UNDP, WIPO, UICEE, IGIP, CODATA, ICSU and others.

The institute has its library, where one can find numerous teaching publications of the basic sciences that are highlighted in core curriculum of Bachelor and Master programs. Students can also use the library of NTUU "KPI".
